Insolio One
An unmatched solution with acoustic performance on par with the best wall air inlets – up to 56 dB.
We present Insolio One – a next-generation air vent that combines unique functionality, advanced technology and sustainable solutions while meeting the highest demands of contemporary projects. The new, futuristic air intake is completely concealed within the insulation layers, while the minimalist casing, flush with the lintel, ensures perfect integration with virtually any façade.
Designed for premium projects and buildings with large glazed areas, where both performance and restricted installation space are critical. Perfectly adapted aluminium windows with low profiles that exclude the use of standard acoustic air vents, Insolio One is an unrivalled solution for modern architecture.
Record-breaking insulation against noise
up to a record-breaking level of 56 dB, owing to its unique sound attenuating box that is additionally covered with an insulation layer. Thanks to the carefully selected materials, each noise-absorbing component contributes to an exceptionally high level of noise reduction across the entire audible spectrum.
The design of the air intake uses the unrivalled Basotect® BASF melamine foam and a high-density pre-damping foam that effectively eliminates low-frequency noise, such as noise from aeroplanes, air conditioners, and street traffic. And nothing distracts you.
Premium materials
The through-channel made of EPP ensures optimum rigidity, durability and thermal insulation at the critical area under the lintel. We designed it in such a way to maximise the air flow while eliminating thermal bridges. The casing of the sound attenuating box, having the form of a powder-coated aluminium inspection cover, complements the design of any façade, while maintaining its consistent character.
The critical components of the silencer are made of the original patented Basotect® BASF melamine foam, the only solution available on the market that offers unrivalled acoustic performance. Additionally, we introduced a high-density pre-damping foam that is made entirely from recycled polyurethane foams. This unique combination will meet even the highest requirements, creating a perfectly insulated space at your home.
The Insolio Arc controller, made of aluminium, high-quality ABS/ASA plastics, and stainless steel components, stands out with its unique durability and the refinement of its materials. A wide range of colours, special coatings, and distinctive textures allow it to harmoniously integrate with the window frame or lintel to create a cohesive and elegant appearance.
Choose your Insolio One
Insolio One is available in three variants – 12, 14, and 18 – differing in acoustic insulation performance and the required insulation layer thickness. Each offers the same build quality and minimalist form, adapting seamlessly to the specific needs of your project.
Insolio One 12
The most compact model in the Insolio One range is designed for the most demanding installation constraints. Despite its size, it delivers acoustic insulation of up to 49 dB, ensuring excellent sound performance. Discreet and uncompromising – the ideal choice where every centimeter matters and standards are non-negotiable.
Insolio One 14
Just two centimeters more than Insolio One 12 – and acoustic insulation increases to as much as 52 dB. Insolio One 14 is a considered option for those with slightly more installation space who want to make the most of it. Even more effective noise protection, the same discreet presence. Two centimeters that make a difference.
Insolio One 18
The most advanced Insolio One variant reaches up to 56 dB of acoustic insulation – a level previously reserved only for the very best wall air inlets. The same minimalist form. The same premium materials. A completely different level of quiet. For projects where silence matters most.
Design without compromise
To achieve record-breaking noise-reducing insulation, we have designed an exceptionally effective air intake, refined in every detail, where nothing comes by accident. The entire intake, hidden in a 20 cm insulation layer, is flush with the splayed reveal to become an invisible element of the façade.
The sound attenuating box is masked by a durable inspection cover with a subtle slot-shaped inlet, made entirely of powder-coated aluminium. In addition, in its basic configuration, the Insolio One is provided with the new Insolio Arc controller, the most discreet controller from Brevis.
Tuned to you
The Insolio One is a constant-flow vent that automatically stabilises the airflow in response to pressure differences. Its precise control ensures constant comfort while reducing energy consumption and heating costs.
The ergonomically designed details allow for easy and convenient manual adjustment. You can adjust the airflow through the vent exactly as you need it, with just a fingertip. And since the entire controller is practically a single component, even if it collides with the window sash, it will simply close and remain fully functional.
Maximally simplified installation
The design of Insolio One has been developed with smooth and non-invasive installation in mind. The installation process begins with mounting the through-channel and sound attenuating box, without having to mill the window or interfere with the wall. After completing the wet works, such as plastering or applying additional façade layers, the controller and inspection cover are installed in a few simple steps.
The inspection cover not only makes it easier to keep the device clean by enabling thorough cleaning of the through-channel but also allows for the replacement of silencers and pressure controllers if necessary. Owing to its design, refined in every detail, Insolio One provides long-lasting reliability and ease of use.
